Person Getting Banhammer?

This is weird. The user - UrBanhammered is receiving a banhammer scheduled next month... there's rumors everywhere. Is this serious or not? There's proof below in the forums. I think he's just getting the hammer along with the moderator badge just because of his name. Oh well.
